AHA Co-Housing Wins National Award

Petaluma Avenue Homes, the first rental co-housing development in Northern California for very low-income residents, was recently recognized as one of the best new affordable housing developments in the country. Affordable Housing Finance Magazinawarded the Sebastopol project a national Reader's Choice Award for Best Family Development at its annual conference in on November 5.  Earlier this year, the project won a Gold Nugget Grand Award from the Pacific Coast Builders' Conference.
